Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order and produced in small drops to keep them special,
we can only accept returns if we made a mistake — such as a defective product or a wrong item delivered.
- Condition: Item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags or packaging intact.
- Eligible reasons:
Manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching or print fault)
Wrong item, size, or color received
- Exchanges: Exchanges for size may be possible if the item is unworn and unwashed; shipping costs apply.
- How to start: Email info@kartuli.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid label or instructions and replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Not eligible: Returns for change of mind, worn or washed items, visible marks, odors, or damage caused after delivery.
- Made-to-order: Each piece is produced especially for you; returns for reasons other than those above are not accepted.
